A guide to the brewing houses and their workings.

The Working Brews

Ten workings, two or three blanks each. Five of them withhold the aging term rather than a second measure. A term guessed a year either way still returns a drinkable bottle, and a brewer with three casks answers it in one sitting.

Do not assume a hidden measure is a small one. Some of these are bulk quantities.
